Use your own account.
Open Operator login and sign in the same way you do in the Laff app. A customer account doesn’t get operator access on its own: the workspace opens only the trucks you own or were added to. If your truck isn’t on Laff yet, register it in the app first: Profile, then Start selling with Laff.
- Check that you are using the expected account.
- Follow the sign-in or recovery action offered on the page.
- If no truck is assigned, contact the business owner or support. Do not share an owner password.
Laff’s team signed my truck up.
If Laff’s team signed your truck up at its window, sign in to the Laff app with the phone number they used. The app shows Your truck is almost on Laff: check the details, read the agreement and the notice, then choose Agree and send for review. Nothing goes for review until you agree on your own phone, and your truck stays private until Laff approves it.
When access changes.
If the owner removes you from a truck or changes your role, pages you used before can close to you, and signing in again won’t bring them back. Ask the owner first. If you contact support, say what you were trying to do and what the message said; never send passwords or sign-in codes.
