Something not working?
Email support@laffapp.com. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, your app version, and your phone model. A screenshot can help—hide other people’s details first.
Never email your password, sign-in code, identity documents, health certificates, or exact location. Sending an email does not by itself change your account or delete your data.
Report content or block someone
Use the report action on the content or profile in the app. You can also block an account and manage blocked accounts in Settings. If you cannot reach the report action, email a content report with the public profile or content reference and a short description. Avoid forwarding sensitive or harmful media.
Delete your account
- Open Profile → Settings → Delete account in Laff.
- Read the confirmation. Deletion is permanent, not a temporary deactivation.
- If asked, sign out and sign in again, then return to Delete account to confirm.
Active orders or truck ownership may need to be resolved before deletion. Follow the explanation shown in the app. If you own a truck, support transfers or removes its listing and then deletes your account within 30 days, and we tell you when it’s done. If you cannot access your account, request deletion help. We may need to verify that the account is yours without asking for your password or sign-in code.
What deletion removes: your profile, the posts, reviews, comments, check-ins, rankings and other content you created, your private account records, and the analytics events linked to you. What stays: order and catering records, with your name, contact details, notes, vehicle details and address removed, and a restricted record that the account was deleted (its identifier, status and dates). Those stay only as long as Saudi law requires, or to settle a dispute. The privacy policy has the details and your rights. Uninstalling Laff does not delete your account.
Privacy and the company
To see your data or get a readable copy, open Profile → Settings → Data requests in Laff and follow your request there. For corrections or other privacy questions, send a privacy request. Our privacy policy is final. The terms stay marked as drafts until their review is complete.
