Prices are in Saudi riyals, before VAT. Verification and your truck’s listing are never sold, and no plan changes them.
Service fee
Orders paid in the Laff app will carry a Laff fee, and you’ll see it and its terms before you pay.
Paying in the app isn’t open yet: today you buy at the truck’s window as usual, and Laff charges you nothing.
Laff+
Laff+ is a membership coming later to the app; its price and terms will be shown before anyone joins.
It’s optional. Finding trucks, checking in and ranking your taste stay free, and a membership never changes anyone’s ranking.

Is there a fee when I pay at the truck’s window?
No. Laff charges nothing when you pay at the truck’s window, and the truck’s own prices stay the same.
Do I pay to be verified or listed?
No. The licence check and your ordinary listing are free and never sold, and no plan changes them. A verified mark doesn’t guarantee food safety. Paid placement, if offered, will be clearly labelled.
How does paying for a plan work?
Plans open in your operator workspace soon. Before you pay, it shows the price with VAT, how renewal and cancellation work, and what is refunded.
Does a paid plan change somebody’s personal ranking?
No. A plan or an ad never changes anyone’s personal taste ranking. Sponsored placements, if offered, are clearly labelled and kept separate from it.
Can I manage multiple trucks?
With Fleet, once paid plans open. Fleet is SAR 629 a month for up to 3 trucks in one organization and SAR 209 a month for each truck after that, so 4 trucks cost SAR 838, with one dashboard and roles across them.
