Start at the truck.
Check-ins happen in the Laff app on iPhone or Android, at a truck that’s live now: tap Check In in the middle of the tab bar while you are there. Laff uses your precise location to confirm the visit, so allow it when asked. The examples on this website never check you in.
- At the truck, open Check In in the app.
- Say how it was: Liked it or Not great.
- If Laff asks, choose which of two places you would go back to. Your ranking updates from your answers.
If the visit can’t be confirmed.
Read the message in the app. Check that precise location is on, that the truck shows Live now, and that you are at the truck you picked. If it still fails, contact support and say which screen you saw and what happened. Please don’t try to get past the check by faking your location.
Keep your streak going.
Rewards keeps a weekly streak. Check in at any truck once a week to keep it going, and Rewards shows where it stands.
