Ask in the right place.
The privacy policy explains what Laff keeps about your account and why. To see your data or get a readable copy, open Profile, then Settings, then Data requests in the app; Delete account is in the same Settings. To correct your information or ask anything else, use the contact listed in the policy or on the support page, and say which account it is about.
- Say what you were doing and the message you saw.
- Add the time and a screenshot if it helps, with other people’s details hidden.
- Never send passwords, sign-in codes, card details or anyone else’s documents.
Your visit stays yours.
A check-in records that you visited. It doesn’t sign you up for marketing or count as a public endorsement. Your check-ins show in Discover, and you choose in Settings whether your ranking is public. Ask support if you are unsure.
