Say what the dish actually is.
Use a recognizable name, a useful description and an honest photograph. Keep Arabic and English readable as full entries. A creative dish name can have personality while its description explains the ingredients, portion and calories somebody is choosing, and you state any allergens in the recipe, as the SFDA requires.
Permanent menu. Temporary change.

A menu link that goes to the menu.
A QR on your window should open your menu straight away, with names and prices people can read, whether or not they have the app.
Look at it like a customer.
Preview the published page at phone width before sharing it. Look for truncated names, unclear food information and the wrong availability. Ask whether someone unfamiliar with the truck can decide what to try without needing an explanation at every row.
